About the Brewery

The Edinburgh Beer Factory is a family run, independent brewery launched in 2015 to make people think again about beer and Scotland. Founded by the Dunsmore family, we’ve grown to great big family of 20+ team members.

Like our home city, we’re creative, inventive and outward-looking. We combine old and new ideas and techniques to create beers of beauty.

Inspired by the Edinburgh-born ‘Father of Pop Art’ Eduardo Paolozzi, we showcase the art of brewing. Paolozzi took everyday objects and transformed them into works of art; we take overlooked and underestimated beer styles and present them at their beautiful best.

Great beers but I would have preferred 6 different beers not 4 in a Statement 6.
